Includes filing one work on your behalf with the US Copyright Office and the $65 basic filing fee. Does not include higher filing fees (for series for example or “special handling”)
1500 up front includes a domestic clearance search of one mark in one class and written report on the findings along with one hour counsel. If the mark clears, the remaining 1500 will include applying for the mark on your behalf with the USPTO, one filing fee, one statement of use fee (if applicable), response to routine office actions, another hour of counsel, free entry into client mark database with SJR oversight and 6 months of free trademark watch post registration (a 75/mo value).
USPTO fees not included and to be paid separately using client CC—SJR will not advance or hold such fees.
